TERMS OF SERVICE

PROCESS

  • Communication mainly on Facebook. (messenger)

  • Must give your character's informations for all possible references. This is before any pricing for the piece is stated.

  • Commission TAT: 5-65 days. Strictly NO rush or set up deadlines. (first come, first serve)

ARTIST'S NOTE

  • I have the rights to refuse any commission request I do not agree with.

  • I will be updating you with regards my schedule that might cause delays and its reasons extending up in a maximum of 2 months.

  • I do not charge for commercial commissions. Printing or such for personal use only and is non-profitable is acceptable. (but please ask me still beforehand)

  • I guarantee a 100% refund if I have not been updating for 3 months or above. (inability to do the piece due to a personal problem)

PAYMENT & FEES

  • Must pay half / full payment before I will start working.

  • Payment via Gcash / Paypal. Accepting PHP or USD only. (using PayPal invoices)

  • There are no cancellations / refunds after the payment trading and/or the artwork has been completed.

  • Unlimited small revisions on the sketching phase only. Revisions on the rendering process requires a fee.

  • Separate additional fee for the requested background and add-on things. (if there are any)

ARTWORK

  • My watermark is included at the finished artwork. (removal will cost additional fee)

  • I am allowed to post the finished commissioned works through my socials.

  • Finished artwork will be sent via email / Gdrive after the full payment.

Other matters will be discussed personally through direct message.

CAN

  • Original Characters (OC)

  • Fanarts

  • Real people in my art style

  • Slight NSFW / gore (such as revealing clothes, minimal blood etc.)

  • Simple backgrounds

  • Max 5 characters in a canvas

CAN'T

  • Mecha

  • Overdetailed characters

  • Full furries / fully-rendered animals

  • Extreme NSFW / gore

  • Detailed backgrounds

HOW TO ORDER?

  • Check my commission availability stated at the home of this site. My slots count serves as the number of commissions I am currently working on. It will be a reserved slot if you have paid already.

  • Read my Terms of Service. Make sure you have agreed to those agreements before planning on commissioning.

  • Send me an inquiry message through email/messenger (as I am inactive on my other socials) that contains the following:

THE FOLLOWING INFO BELOW MUST BE STATED BEFORE ANY FINAL PRICING WILL BE ESTIMATED.

  • Ask for an open slot available. Then state:

  • Type (normal/chibi) and range (head portrait, bust, half, full)

  • Number of characters included. (max of 5 only)

  • Character's name. (optional)

  • Character's description. (pose, style, personality, vibe, mood, etc.)

  • Character's images/reference sheet. (more are preferred)

  • Simple background design and props. (if there are any)

  • Mode of payment (Gcash/PayPal) and currency (PHP/USD)

NOTE: I don't frequently check my message inbox, and most of your message requests on Messenger are also end-to-end encrypted, so it could take me days or even weeks for a reply. For a faster response, please send me an email instead.
